These guidelines are from USD United States Diving (This site in no way is affiliated with USD). They are posted here to help answer questions USD coaches may have. With USD Jr. and Sr. Nationals coming up many coaches have questions about team points. There is a lot of misinformation out there. This should help clarify the purpose and goals of training center.
