The reason that I know about speedo is that I used to work for them. I was filing a suit against them because they owe me some money and won't pay- they sent me a notice of their bankrupcy. Speedo can't continue on without warnerco; it would be like the Express continuing without the Limited Corp. The only way that Speedo can continue is if they are bought out by someone else.
