I went to Iowa State's diving camp last summer, and I loved it. Its just springboard, the coaches are awesome, and they want to help ya. I liked it a lot. For information, go to Iowa State's diving homepage (link below).
I also went to Ron O'Brien's camp in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Awesome facilities, the coaching is very good, very technical, if that's what you're looking for. But its not in the midwest....and it costs more than most camps, so I don't know if you care about that one.
